Meet Dr. Clayton
Hi! I'm Kristen Clayton, a sociologist, writer, and school administrator. I help educational and organizational leaders identify and remove barriers to inclusion and belonging so they can advance equity and organizational success. I earned my PhD in Sociology, with a focus on the social psychology of race, class, and gender. I have worked as a teacher, professor, and educational leader in both K–12 and higher education spaces. I am available for speaking engagements, workshops on equity and inclusion, and research-based consultations and assessments for schools and nonprofits.
